Sea buckthorn fruit oil is a nutrient-dense botanical extract derived from the berries of Hippophae rhamnoides. Pretreatment

Select mature, unrotten fruits; clean to remove impurities.

Crush into pulp, separate pulp-seed mixture from seeds (for seed oil).

Low-temperature dry pulp residue (vacuum freeze-drying/low-temperature hot air) to preserve heat-sensitive components.

Extraction (Supercritical CO₂ Method)

Pressurize (15-30 MPa) and heat (35-55°C) CO₂ to supercritical state, circulate through raw materials to dissolve oil.

Reduce pressure in separation vessel to separate CO₂ (recyclable) and pure oil.
